We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure you receive your abaya in perfect condition.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods such as Ramadan, Eid, and new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery
Standard UK delivery takes approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, particularly during peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £100.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure that all delivery information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. While delivery is handled by the courier once dispatched, we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
