Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer regulations. To start a return, customers must contact us within this 14-day period to request authorisation.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition they were received: unworn, unwashed, and tried on only for fitting. Items must be free from marks, makeup, perfume, or odours and must have all original tags and packaging intact.

Items must be returned in a resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Please take extra care when trying on garments and when removing tags, as damage caused during tag removal or handling may make the item ineligible for return.


 

Fabric & Manufacturing Variations

Due to the nature of delicate fabrics such as organza and satin, minor manufacturing variations may occasionally occur. These may include small fabric pin marks from the production process, light thread snags, or slight finishing irregularities.

These are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not affect the wear or overall appearance of the garment, and therefore are not considered faults.


 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Hijabs

• Inner garments / slip dresses

• Niqabs

• Sale or discounted items

 


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos before wearing the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
